💳 Getting Started

 

How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! Just click the “Sign Up Now” button, complete the secure form, and pay the $79 initial setup fee. Once submitted, we begin working on your credit right away.

What is the $79 setup fee for?

 The $79 initial setup fee covers your account setup, credit report analysis, and the first round of dispute work. 

When will I be charged the monthly fee?

 Your first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after your initial setup. This allows us to begin working on your file before billing monthly. 

🔄 Process & Services

 How does credit repair work?
We review your credit reports from all three bureaus and identify negative, inaccurate, or unverifiable items. We then send disputes on your behalf and continue the process monthly. 

How often do you send disputes?

 

We send disputes once per month and monitor progress as updates come in from the credit bureaus.

How long does the process take?

 

 Results vary, but many clients begin to see changes within 30–60 days. Full results depend on your credit profile. 

Can you remove all negative items?

 

 We work to remove inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items. However, accurate and verified information cannot always be removed.

 Do you guarantee results?
No. Due to federal laws, we cannot guarantee specific results or score increases. However, we work diligently to improve your credit profile 

Will my credit score increase?

 Many clients see improvements, but results vary depending on your credit history and situation.

Can I track my progress?

 Yes! You’ll have access to a 24/7 client portal where you can monitor updates and progress.

 What’s included in my monthly service?
All plans include monthly disputes, progress updates, and ongoing support. Higher plans may include additional guidance and faster communication. 

Do you offer personalized credit advice?

 Yes! We provide guidance on improving your credit, including recommendations for building and maintaining a strong profile. 

How can I contact support?

 

You can reach us via email or through your client portal. Response times may vary based on your plan.

🔒 Legal & Compliance

 Are your services legal?
Yes. We operate in full compliance with federal laws, including TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule) and CROA (Credit Repair Organizations Act). 

Is my personal information secure?

 

Absolutely. We use secure systems to protect your information at all times.

❌ Cancellations

 

 Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your service at any time. There are no long-term contracts required.  You will need to cancel before the billing cycle starts.

Are there any refunds?

 

Due to the nature of the service, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

 Do I need good credit to start?
No. We work with all types of credit situations, including bad credit and no credit. 

Will this fix my credit overnight?

 

No. Credit repair is a process and takes time. We focus on long-term, sustainable results.
