💵 Refund Policy

 

At Elevate by Tae Consulting Service, we are committed to providing high-quality credit repair services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and other federal regulations.

1. No Upfront Charges

We do not charge for services until after work has been performed, in full compliance with federal laws.
This means you are never billed in advance for credit repair services.

2. Refund Policy

Because our services involve labor, time, and the initiation of dispute processes immediately upon enrollment, all payments made after services are performed are final and non-refundable.

✅ However, if you believe a billing error has occurred or you did not receive the services outlined in your agreement, you may request a review by contacting:

Each request will be reviewed individually, and resolutions will be handled fairly and professionally.

3. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel services within three (3) business days of signing your service agreement without any charge or penalty, in accordance with the CROA.
Instructions for canceling within this period are included in your service agreement.

4. Ongoing Billing Responsibility

Once services have been performed and billing has occurred, clients remain responsible for payment according to the terms outlined in their signed service agreement.
