Why Don’t I See My Updated Credit Scores in My Online Account?

    

If your account looks like the example image above, it means your credit monitoring account is not active.
This usually happens when a payment fails with your credit monitoring provider — which prevents your updated scores from importing every 30 days.

✅ Don’t worry — this does not stop us from working on your file, because we still receive responses directly from the credit bureaus and creditors.

However, your online portal won’t update until your monitoring service is active again.
You may also see the number “1” — that’s just our internal code indicating we cannot read your scores at the moment.

We’ll guide you through getting your credit monitoring account fixed so your updates display properly.
