We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or score increases.

• Clients must complete the online enrollment process and sign a written agreement before services begin.
   
• No payments are collected until after services are performed, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).
   
• Ongoing billing is based on the terms of your signed agreement.
   

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information.
   
• Maintain an active credit monitoring service during the program.
   
• Respond promptly to communication regarding your case.
   
• Avoid actions that may negatively impact credit during the repair process (e.g., missed payments, new collections).
   

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.
You have the legal right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing your agreement without any penalty.
Instructions for cancellation are outlined in the Service Agreement and Welcome Email.

We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, item deletion, loan approval, or financial outcome.
Every credit report and situation is unique.

All materials on our website are for informational purposes only and may not be copied, shared, or republished without written permission.

We protect your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties except as necessary to deliver our services or comply with the law.

Elevate by Tae Consulting Service is not responsible for financial decisions made by clients, changes made by the credit bureaus, or any actions taken outside the scope of services provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from services must be resolved in a court located within Orange County, Florida.
